  1. How long does it take to process my order?

 

It depends.  If you order a stock product, it may ship the next day but can take up to 5 days to process.  If you order a personalized product, it may take up to a week to process your order.  If you order both stock and personalized products, we will ship them together in one package.

 

If you are on a deadline, contact us as we may be able to expedite your order!

 

  1. How long does shipping take?

 

            If you utilize standard UPS Ground Shipping, it usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive.  The closer you live to California, the sooner you’ll get it.

 

You will be provided with tracking information when your package ships via e-mail.

 

  1. How do returns work?

 

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately.  We will provide you with a return shipping label.

 

If you don’t like the product, please contact us.  We will accept returns 30 days from our date of shipping.  We will provide you with a return shipping label.  Your return may be subject to a 15% Return Stocking Fee at our discretion.  The above is limited by our right to refuse to accept returns of any product purchased in September and October after October 31st.  It will be within our sole discretion whether to allow you to return a product after October 31st.

 

On Personalized Products – we do NOT accept any returns.  (You’re going to love it anyway.)  If your personalized product is damaged, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for repair or replacement.
